WPL 2025: Orange Cap List- IPL


After four weeks of exciting action in the third edition of the Women’s Premier League, the group stage is now completed with the match between the two previous champions of the WPL, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Mumbai Indians. This season, we have seen exceptional batting across the team. This article will discuss the top run scorers of the season and who is leading the orange cap race. 

The last match of the season saw the batting performance from both the top run scorer of the season, Mumbai Indians’ Nat Sciver Brunt and RCB’s Ellyse Perry. Perry, batting in the first innings, scoring 49 runs, while Nat Sciver, while chasing the target, scored 69 and was dismissed by Ellyse Perry.

The third season of the women’s Premier League started on 14th February with the match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Giants and will end on 15th March with the finals between Delhi Capitals and the winner of eliminator.

Nat Sciver-Brunt (Mumbai Indians)


Nat Sciver-Brunt is the highest run scorer in the WPL 2025. A key all-rounder for the Mumbai Indians, Nat has scored 416 runs in eight matches this season of the Women’s Premier League. With an average of 69.33, Sciver has scored multiple half-centuries so far. Along with scoring runs consistently, her ability to score runs quickly when the team needed makes her one of the key batting talents. With her multiple outstanding performances, she is one of the top contenders for the orange cap this season.
