KL Rahul, one of Delhi Capitals’ biggest stars, is set to return to action on Sunday (March 30) when they face Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. The 32-year-old had missed Delhi’s first match of the season as he was with his family for the birth of his child. However, as per a report from the Times of India, he will be available for the upcoming game.

Recently, KL Rahul became a father. His wife, Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty, gave birth to a baby girl on March 24. Because of this, Rahul was in Mumbai with his wife at that time. Coincidentally, on the same day, Delhi Capitals played their first match of the season against Lucknow Super Giants.
Possible Changes in the Playing XI
In their match against Lucknow, Delhi Capitals’ top order featured Jake Fraser-McGurk, Faf du Plessis, Abhishek Porel, and Sameer Rizvi. If KL Rahul is available for Delhi’s second match, he will likely be included in the top order. Sameer Rizvi could be the player who makes way for Rahul in the playing XI.
Clash Against Hyderabad
DC will play their next match on Saturday afternoon against Sunrisers Hyderabad, led by Travis Head. Both teams have started the season well and will be eager to continue their winning streak.
